I take a comprehensive approach to care, considering how the entire body contributes to movement, function, and overall well-being. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I seek to identify the underlying factors that may be contributing to pain, movement limitations, and dysfunction.
Through highly individualized, one-on-one care and advanced expertise in movement analysis and biomechanics, I help patients build a stronger foundation for efficient movement, improved function, and long-term physical health.
